I order chicken wings Honey BBQ I call and spoke to the manager he told me literally you got what you order , I know BBQ taste like ,no a way to treat customers. What I got was very very spicy 🌶 like no one on the house wanted to eat then . Not a good customer service at all.
Tonight my friends and I had an extremely rude server. We sat for almost 15 minutes with empty drinks while the bartender talked with another bartender and another patron. I tried to get his attention by waving my hand and saying hey, but he ignored me. I then snapped my fingers and he came over. He told me not to snap my fingers at him.
