Bar Prima: Best Upper East Side Wine Bar! Probably the best wine bar in NYC. I highly recommend this place. The prices were affordable (much better than I anticipated), the beer was cold, and the wine was Just Right! Privately owned, it definitely is THE hidden gem of the city.
Went for a going away party and loved it. All the foods made from scratch - the tiramasu is �, the bartenders are super chill and really good with mocktails too, and the owner Jacqueline is a sweetheart. Great neighborhood spot.
