I actually like Barnails. It’s a clean, nice place, and they do good work. It’s also close to my house, so I’ve gone there several times. But I’ve noticed a pattern that’s hard to ignore. The staff can be quite dismissive at times, and the energy just feels different depending on who they’re serving. I have been supporting this company for over 20 years, following them through company name changes and new locations. The professionalism at this spa is amazing; it's incomparable to other nail salons. I was introduced to Bio Gel 20 years ago, way before other salons. The nail colour choices are plentiful and they also do very detailed designs, and can add diamonds/charms etc. I literally drive over 30 minutes to get my nails done here. Visiting from Australia, I booked a shellac and basic manicure at this salon based on my sister’s recommendation and made an advance booking specifically with Kuan — and I’m glad I did! Kuan was professional, respectful, and incredibly meticulous, taking extra care to ensure my manicure was done perfectly.
