DONT DO IT. Jenny is so rude and this is the second time I have been there and she is in a full on screaming match with another employee, and I only go get my nails done twice a year. Showed an inspo pic and honestly got nothing like it but I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there. Great experience. The staff is top knotch!
I am from 8 hours out of town, I had a nail lose its gel top coat. I asked them to redo the top coat, they did a wonderful job and would not let me pay for it. Very kind and thankful for them!
By far the WORST place to go!!! I’m honestly embarrassed to even go in public with these nails. After the lady told me she couldn’t do what I asked her to do (see last picture) this is what was done. This lady had no idea what she was doing. My nails aren’t smooth, she used an electric file on my skin to get the mess of nail polish that was all over my hands off and they look like complete crap!! I got a basic manicure with my aunt, mom, and sister. Me and my aunt both got cut and I bled from it. Never coming back.
