After I can’t even count how many refunds I’ve gotten at this point and how many complaints I’ve made about their tots specifically but multiple food items that basically come inedible when you DoorDash them. Tots that are as hard as concrete that you can’t even eat. I have gotten refunded many times and every-time I order I think well they have to be seeing all these complaints so maybe they will change and not overcook your food.
