Love it here! Great Salad with shrimp and best burgers in the area. The service was great. Our waitress Channing was attentive and friendly. Great Beer selection and really fair prices.
I absolutely love the UCF Bar Louie location. They have great daily specials and an amazing atmosphere. Each time we visit we ALWAYS ask to sit with Ashley. She is so friendly and attentive ensuring our experience at Bar Louie is perfect every time! Highly recommend trying their flatbreads and signature martinis. The Bourbon BBQ pork and pineapple flatbread is to die for!
As a UCF Student, I love coming here for their amazing Happy Hour! When I go there, I always request Ashley K. She is so informative, always on top of things, and is the sweetest server I know. If you go to this amazing Bar Louie, ask for her, you won't regret it!
Don't listen to those cheap college kids eating here on their parents money, great atmosphere and good menu. I usually get served by Deanna and she also helped my date pick out a good vegetarian option as well as a good cocktail. He was very pleased with his dish and drink. Definitely helped me score a 2nd date and more;)
Bad customer service. We went for “Happy Hour”. I asked the server for a S’mores 🍸 Martini and she said that it was no longer on the menu but offered to make a chocolate one instead. She forgot to inform us that it wasn’t part of the happy hour and we came to notice after they brought us the check. After we asked we were told that it wasn’t included, and they all took an attitude. That’s simply not good customer service. Mocking us after the conversation and in plain sight is simply rude. I had such a great experience here with my server Victoria!! We had over cooked calamari brought out and she brought us a new one so quickly and removed the charge! 10/10
