Horrible place...dirty, not maintained, charge fees for everything just to get your money. Nasty place....don't bother.

I've lived here for almost two years, and have loved it. I've never lived in a complex where I've actually known my neighbors, and it felt like a community. The office staff is extremely helpful and quick to fix any problem I've had. Anytime I needed maintenance, they are out and fixing the problem the next day if not the day of my inquiry. If I could give one negative about it here, it would be that there are never any poop bags in the dog waste receptacles and they are always full and stinky! Staff is rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant hangout at the pool with your kids while visiting parents only if your parents are actually watching you wtf is that?? Told the staff how old i was 23 she said I DONT CARE GET OUT, asked for my parents name then called her to bitch her out, because we had so many people with us my husband sister that was not in the pool with her dog on a leash on her lap & two babies ... We have Pool Rules in place for a reason, two of them being "2 guest limit, must be accompanied by resident" and "No pets allowed". The sign is clearly located within the pool area.
