"I've been using my Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 grill since 2021, and after extensive use, some parts started to rust. Unfortunately, Masterbuilt doesn't offer these parts on their website. However, I found exactly what I needed on this site! The replacement part was identical and worked perfectly. Very happy with the recommendation I got from the team. I wanted to update my Summit e-470 grill by replacing the grates that would allow me to remove the useless smoker box. The smoker box in the 400 series is commonly thought of as garbage but for some reason Weber never advertised grates wide enough to let you remove it. The team here quickly gave me a the right part recommendations using OEM Weber parts. Couldn’t be happier! Got rid of that nasty smoker box and obtained more cooktop space. Winning!
Placed two orders for Weber parts in the last week. Parts diagrams were helpful and accurate. Prices great. Delivery was astonishingly fast. My grill is back up and running fine, but will probably order a Napoleon from these guys in the near future. One happy customer!!
