I’m taking the time to write this review, something I never do, because this place, in my opinion, is full of incompetent people and horrible secretaries. Nice attitude? Only goes so far, one needs a competent doctor to examine one’s mouth. I was completely misdiagnosed in this place. Luckily, I went and got a second opinion elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust this people with any dental issues even if minor. I’m still waiting for an answer to the email I sent them letting them know about the misdiagnosis. Dr. Rota is a gem. She is so kind but also an amazing dentist, makes you feel so comfortable as a patient. I could not recommend her more!
Bad experience with thisplace substituting a dentist and not standing by the customer after they complained. And no follow up by Bar or Smith despite the claim below that they would look into it. It is sad, because B&S did have great dental assistants when they are around to assist and witness things, and the owners are good too, but don't trust anyone else there. Ask for Dr. Rota!! She knocked my composite veneers out of the park and I’m a massive baby about dental work. She was professional, obliging, and got it done!! So grateful to have her so close.
