Pleasant, relaxing; welcoming staff. Very good bar food.
Attended benefit for American Heart Association. Jazz/Blues, wine tasting, bar drinks. I love this place...historic and cool!

Great atmosphere, music (Judi is phenomenal!) & drinks were very good once you got it. The fact that there is no wait staff & bartenders are so busy making specialty drinks, the wait at the bar was far too long. Had to go to lobby bar. I feel your loosing more money than saving by not being properly staffed. Didn't even order appetizers cause we had to go to the bar & we waited about 15 -20 min to try to place an order but went back & sat down.
