Providers are RUDE. I waited 2 hours for a drug test and physical just to be told AS SOON as the provider walked in the room that she couldn’t see me or do a physical because I had congestion (from allergies), which I explained, and STILL wasted my time
The front desk staff were lovely, but the staff collecting samples and running diagnostics need some work. There is no reason why I should have to wait 1.5 hrs to get a drug screen. I arrived around 9:25am on a Monday morning hoping to be in/out since I was relatively early, but this was not the case. I cringe any time an employer tells me to get something done at Baptist Health bc I know it will take a huge chunk of my day
Avoid this place for DOT physical. It's not worth the hassle
The black lady that works there with the cartoon hairstyle must not be happy at home I went in for a follow up drug test and she told me she needed to check in between my legs basically do strip search with checking my breast and buttocks area and I had to pull my pants all the way to the ground like she wasn't already going in the bathroom with me already which made me feel uncomfortable. Im sure those ladies that work with her don't like her.
