The lab opens at 0630. It is now 1000. They are on number 45. 25% of the people who have gotten numbers have put them back and left. So, in 3 and a half hours, 4 employees can only service 35 folks... that's 10 an hour. Uh, guys. You're in the medical field. We know you have the money to hire more people or fix this broken system. So why is this the best the community gets? Edit: incase you need the math, that means on average, each employee sees 2.5 people per hour.
