No one ever wants to take their child to physical therapy, but if you have to this is the place to go. Everyone is so kind and understanding. The staff will do whatever they can to assist you and your child to get to where you need to be. I personally love the after visit notes to see how my baby is progressing. This is out 2nd time through. 1st was for possible torticollis and now for delays crawling. Madi Jones is amazing. Appointment at 8:30am …. My son had a meltdown after we said good morning twice to both receptionist today and neither one of the receptionist were friendly or would say good morning or hello. They both just ignored us and continued a conversation with another patient. I felt invisible so I’m sure my son with autism felt invisible as well. 🥹 Gave 3 stars because my son’s speech pathologist is awesome and so good with my son.
Best massage I’ve ever had!!! I have been having neck and back pain for two years, heard great things about them, so I decided to check them out. The massage room is so relaxing, and very clean. Valerie (forgive me if I spelt the name wrong) was my massage therapist. She was AMAZING. She took her time to listen to my concerns, and the massage was very relaxing.
