Good doc I started seeing Doctor Rust about 3 years ago and immediately liked him. My time is important to me and when I go to a doctor I want to get in, get seen, and get out as quickly as possible. If they want to slap a fee on me for being late to an appointment (not that I am) then I want to charge them for making me sit in the waiting room when they get behind.
