Great Doctor Dr. Taylor is very patient, kind and caring. You never feel rushed or that there is a question that can't be answered. Takes time to explain issues and follow up care. Highly recommended, as are all the doctors at Baptist Primary Care.

Good doc I started seeing Doctor Rust about 3 years ago and immediately liked him. My time is important to me and when I go to a doctor I want to get in, get seen, and get out as quickly as possible. If they want to slap a fee on me for being late to an appointment (not that I am) then I want to charge them for making me sit in the waiting room when they get behind. I've not had this problem AT ALL with Doctor Rust. Sure, I may wait a few extra minutes but not like the 20-40 link in other offices. His staff is very professio... read more

Robert James, MD Dr. James is an excellent doctor. He is easy to speak with and when you get to know him well his subtle, dry sense of humor is refreshing. He will spend as much time with you as needed and you never feel rushed. However, as a result of his generosity with his time, he is ALWAYS running way behind appointment times. Sometimes the staff will perform the initial processing close to your appointment time, but then expect to wait and additional 40 to 60 minutes alone in the exam room by yourself.
