I have been going to this office since it opened nearly 10 years ago. My primary was Dr. Driver, a phenomenal doctor that no one in this office has come close to replicating her knowledge and bed side manner. However she left suddenly i was "lucky" enough to be taken by the new doctor Lyons. My wife however was just dropped no help no communication nothing. I've been with Dr. Simms for 8-10 years, and over the last 2 years she's had what feels like 6 new MA's. The new lady was sweet and helpful, but the office had me on a wild goose chase for over a week. They said a service never happened because there wasn't an order, but the next day results were in my chart. They made me feel crazy like I was lying and to lose a sample was baffling to me. I'm switching offices to be closer to my home but the change was needed anyways.
I have been a patient with Baptist Health for over 15 years, and I was a patient at this location for at least eight. During this time, I received care from Dr. Driver, who is phenomenal. After her departure, patients received an email on January 5, 2026, stating that we would be able to continue receiving care from the nurse practitioner until a replacement physician was found. Baptist Corporate advised continued medical services would be provided when the main Dr at this location retired, afterwards office staff insisted that corporate was wrong and that it was on the patients to find another Dr anywhere else. Medications that cannot be abruptly stopped are not being refilled, do not trust this location with your life or any of your family's life - they do not care!
