The PA, Mekal, is awesome! He is so patient and makes the kids feel comfortable. The stars are for him. Dr. Wright is the opposite. We would not see her again. The two women that work the front desk are not welcoming, and the one that primarily does the check-ins is just plain rude. The wait time isn’t too bad, especially compared to other pediatric offices. The waiting area does not have anything (and I mean anything) for the kids to do. They have 1 book and the TV is always off.
Best PCP in orange park!!!
The staff is friendly and polite. Dr Wright was fantastic with my son.
