Dr. Ghate has no respect for a patient’s time. I had a virtual appt scheduled at 11:15am, a few minutes before I received a call saying she will be 20-25 minutes late. I said no problem. By 11:45, I called the office and they said another 20-25 minutes. By this point I had them cancel it. At 12pm, I got a call saying she was ready, but I declined. I absolutely love Dr. Ghate! I’ve been a patient since she was in another hospital system and followed her to Baptist. She’s thorough, doesn’t rush the appointment, and knowledgeable. 10/10!!
Great experience with the staff and doctor. Availability to schedule a next day appointment is a major plus.
