The office administration is the worst I've ever experienced. My appointment was at 11am and they called at 10am to reschedule (for 3:30pm). I arrived at my appointed time and, after an hour wait, the admin person told me there were still three people ahead of me and it would be at least another hour before they could see me. I left without seeing a Dr. I heard others in the waiting area complaining that the same was happening with their appointments. If at all possible avoid seeing a Dr at this office.
Had an appointment at 8am for simple bloodwork and it was 8:25 and I was still waiting and had to leave to go to work. There was no one at the front desk to consult about why it was taking so long or if I could re schedule. This office is always a mess.
Although I absolutely love my primary doctor here, the office is always a disaster. Usually long waits on the phone or to be seen. I scheduled an appointment today at 9:45. I told them my symptoms (possible ear infection) and was told to wait outside in my car. Huh? It’s not 2020 anymore but okay. I did tell them that I also tested for Covid and was NEGATIVE. Marcus Adams - I have a very similar experience with ND, - I'm a smoker - Always treated like I have leprosy.. really didn't appreciate it.I wouldn't let her put a Band-Aid on me, not after the amount of tests that she ordered and the way that the whole thing was handled.
