I like my doctor, Alex Balmir, and the staff is usually nice, but I call in today at 9am to get in because I have an active infection, the same infection I've had 5 times in 5 years, and they blow me off and say my primary doesnt have an appointment time for 2 weeks, so I try to get a sick appointment and wait on scheduling for that. I call back at 445pm and they are snarky and give me attitude, "how do you ~know~ you have an active infection" when I described all the symptoms to them at the beginning of the day and the fact... read more
Dr. Balmir & Dina were both wonderful and so accommodating. They truly made my medical experience manageable thanks to both of them, from referrals to navigating insurance issues. Very thankful for the staff here, they went above and beyond helping me in my time of need. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!
First visit with my new primary care physician Dr. Kanupriya Mathur. I have to say it was an amazing experience with her and the staff. She thoughtfully explains everything with a positive and meaningful delivery. She took her time and listened to everything I had to say, gave me her very professional opinion about treatment going forward. She listened to all my thoughts and concerns about how I'm feeling. She made me feel safe and heard. She was kind, compassionate and caring. ♥️

Great experience with Dr. Balmir. I've been seeing Dr. Balmir for a few years and have always found him to be an excellent care provider. I like the nursing staff and office staff, as well. The convenience of having a lab there is great. I recommend Dr. Balmir to anyone who asks about a primary care physician.
