Well, I had a very disappointing experience here today, I will be searching for a new primary care provider. I’ve had some less than great experiences in the past with the staff at this office, but nothing like what I had today. Would give zero stars if possible. My appointment was early this morning- and I went inside in a great mood! I was looking forward to talking to my doctor about a lot of things, but after the check in process, I had to force myself not to just leave without seeing her.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste your day off from work. Waited over two hours to not be seen by a provider. The office staff is unorganized doesn’t give any information and they are not welcoming. Waited literally three months to get in with a doctor and took off work and still have to wait to be seen by another physician. Extremely unprofessional.
Dr Kinman is knowledgeable and really listens to his patients. His expertise with manual adjustments is so beneficial for his patients and he knows which labs are important for tracking the health and wellness of those who walk through his door. I feel supported and seen as a human and not just a name on a chart at this office.
This office is very welcoming and i always receive the best care!
Edit to my last review: Like i said in my last review the Dr was sick that day so it can totally explain the attitude. I know i have one when i dont feel good. And i purposely left her name out of the review because I think that everybody has their own experience and should be able to schedule with any dr without bias and then leave their own review based off how a provider and office was for them.
