I went to Baptist Physician Network this morning for labs. I had a minimal wait before they took me back. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The ‘big stick’ only hurt for a couple of seconds. The lab technician did a great job.

I have to agree with @therarise, I had the same rushed visit with NP Amber, at least I know I wasn’t the only one! Also I was sent to another location to get X-rays!
The visit was quick, but I left feeling that there was limited opportunity for education or discussion about my care plan. When I asked about follow-up, I was referred to the front desk instead of receiving clarification from the NP, Amber. More time for patient education and next-step guidance would have drastically improved my experience. Education and clinical direction is an essential part of the NP’s role. Refusing to do so is blatant neglect.
Ditto like rest of folks. Don't return calls. No longer friendly physicians. Front desk were always nice.
