I have always selected doctors and Baptist facilities associated with the local Baptist network, but that ended 4/13/26. By appointment, I look my 99 year old father to his appointment with his cardiologist. I'm handicapped myself, and of course, no handicapped parking was available. Dropped dad at the entrance to the building and escorted him to the waiting area, did check-in, was handed redundant paperwork to fill out, and went to park. This morning I had my first doctors appointment. I showed up at 10 o’clock and my appointment was at 10:15. I did not have my insurance card so I called my insurance company and had one emailed to me, which is what the receptionist asked me to do. I had the email by 1021, six minutes after my scheduled appointment. She told me it was too late and I was going to have to reschedule. I have waited three months for the doctors appointment!!!! I went to Baptist Physician Network this morning for labs. I had a minimal wait before they took me back. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The ‘big stick’ only hurt for a couple of seconds. The lab technician did a great job.
Love this place
I have to agree with @therarise, I had the same rushed visit with NP Amber, at least I know I wasn’t the only one! Also I was sent to another location to get X-rays!
