if they could get a minus they deserve it gave them 20 minutes of info and they didn't schedule correct test after a four day wait Impressions imaging got me in later that day. go anywhere else
Staff was pleasant and that’s kind of where it ended. Came in with loud popping in my thumb/wrist, swelling and severe pain. Dr Xrayed and said nothing wrong bye. I asked what Dr thought was causing the popping. “Oh I don’t know, could be a tendon. Brace it for awhile’ Nurse pointed to brace I came in with said use that. Explained it didn’t fit correctly, he gave me a generic brace with NO thumb support and again said Bye. Fast fwd - Got into my own Ortho yesterday. I've been going to this Baptist health outpatient about 10th years for my yearly Mammogram screening. I am so disappointed with billing department. They contacted my insurance and I was confirmed my payment before office visit. After all I received the bill that was different from our discussion. Normally if you don't have insurance and pay out of your pocket the max is $150 for regular Mammogram screening but they charged me $644. And was difficult to contact them. I went to the Coral Springs location saw the doctor Dr Kauffman she prescribed the most expensive medicine I had to called them to asked them for a cheaper prescription. Got the prescription for coughing I never said to her that I was coughing. Called again the following day and nurse said do not take the medicine just get something over the counter. This was never explained to me. WORST experience never going back to that location.
