Don't call the office with questions. Even if you had surgery the day prior. Kathy will answer the phone and be condescending and scoff and laugh under her breath at your concerns and tell you you're SOL until your follow up appointment.
Dr. Hode did my spine surgery. Wasnt referred to physical therapy or anything afterwards. Im in twrrible debilitating pain some two years later. My Baptist drs treat me as if its my fault. For some reason dr. Hode isnt even there anymore? Gotta wonder why. What is really going on w these drs. And their staff. I have an appointment this morning after waiting a month..we will see how it goes...git to my 9am appointment at 845am they informed me that they would see me even though im LATE their reminderes even told me my appoint... read more
The staff is friendly and appointments were available in a timely manner. I never had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room or an exam room when at this office. I highly recommend Dr. Becherer.
