Patient services by the Zarzamora at IH 35 is excellent even though they are very busy, and may be under-staffed. Appointments are difficult to book. Our complaint, is concerning the cleanliness\housekeeping of the therapy building entrance, the elevator and that they have no concern for not having keys available to the restrooms for patients and family waiting, during therapy sessions. North side facilities are better kept, but too far for us to drive to. Please bring this to the persons in charge to improve maintenance ... read more
