RecommendedQuick response time, wonderful staff, and clean immaculate facility! This place was a gem I had no idea of. Such a better ER experience than those at the large hospitals.
BEWARE OF BALANCE BILLING. This facility may be in network, but their ER doctors are contracted and are OUT OF NETWORK. This will result in a huge bill (usually $1K+) from the doctor (in my case he saw me for less than 10 minutes). The care from the hospital is fine, but the heart attack you get later from the bill isn't worth it.
I have been here several times and have had great service. But two days ago my mother couldn’t breathe and needed to be admitted and she was scared and so was I. Im so glad I brought her here. They were so wonderful from the receptionist to the doctors. I wanted to say that they are lucky to have such great staff especially Jacob, Shayla, Jackie and Tina. This is a great facility with wonderful staff. I was seen immediately. They take all insurance. The facility sparkles with cleanliness and smiling faces. No doubt, the most pleasant hospital stay ever and I've been in many hospitals. I highly recommend It
Was there for 4 days for kidney stone pain. They have the best nurses and PA's. Linda, Brenda, MaryJane, Amy, and Veronica took such amazing care of me. My doctor's were awesome. They really listened to me, made me feel validated, and did what was in the best interest of my health. It's not a major ER with all kinds of specialists so I don't recommend them if that's what you need. But they did have the capability to take care of me for my kidney stones and it was all greatly appreciated.
I was seen quickly. The staff kept me up-to-date on my treatment. My preliminary diagnosis is gout. The cortisone shot greatly reduced the pain. I can now walk without a cane.
Was seen very quickly, but holy crap, all they did was take my vitals, ask me some questions and write a prescription and was told they would bill be and it would be close to 3000.00. Totally ridiculous.
