Yesterday I was seen at this emergency department, and lets just say that me nor my family will never trust a Baptist Health facility again. I left work to get assistance here because of severe abdominal pain. The intake assistant was welcoming until it was time to make a payment at the end of my visit, but because I left my insurance card the judgment and attitude took her over, but that wasn't the worst part. My son was seen very quickly. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely be back (when needed)
April and Dr. Okwendu took amazing care of us. Kylee was so skilled in placing the IV, it was the smoothest placement!!!
