What a kind and caring staff! Jennifer particularly made me feel comfortable and explained the imaging process clearly. The ceiling was decorated with lights which helped me focus on the different moving lights instead of my ultra sound. Very efficient: 5-Stars!!!!!
I walked in for an X-ray. 50 min in and out was pretty fast. Liked it. The front desk didn't want to give good faith estimate saying repeatedly that the system didn't work. I had to insist again and again, she finally reluctantly made a phone call to get me the cost upfront. Just be sure to insist on an estimate of cost if you care.
If you have an appointment on a Saturday for an MRI be prepared to wait an hour or more.
Very nice staff. The radiologist at Baptist M&S who did the CT scan on my right shoulder a month ago was very friendly and funny. Because I was thinking it was going to be long and difficult like MRI's are, when the radiologist said my CT scan was complete, I said with a boy's exuberance, "Really? Wow, that was fast!" Without hesitation she bent over to look down at me with a big grin and replied with a bubbly, "You wanna do it again!" I burst into laughter. 🤣 FINALLY a funny radiologist.
I recently had an amazing experience with a medical imaging procedure, thanks to Lisa and Dr. Chandler. The procedure was invasive, which can be scary, but Lisa immediately made me feel at ease. She was personable and helped me through every step. Dr. Chandler was also fantastic and walked me through the entire process, making it feel quick and easy. While the office was running a bit behind schedule, they were very apologetic. In my experience, delays can be common in healthcare, and it was clear they were doing their best.... read more
