Everyone was so pleasant and friendly.
Today was the day, but I felt the most unprofessional customer service ever from a provider office in my 37 years of living. I had an appointment booked today with the nurse practitioner who called out of Work which is understandable when you have a family emergency, but was not understandable is how I was treated by Sophie the representative at the front desk due to my medical diagnosis.
