They are charging co-pays on COVID tests even though Blue Cross Blue Shield TN has waived them for all members.
Front desk was nice. That’s my review - Dr said I have a uri and REFUSED to call in an antibodic! Told me to go to another dr. I went to another dr! I have a bacteria infection- which requires an ANTIBIOTIC! Been sick for 2 extra days for NO reason!

I had cut my ankle on my dishwasher door. With no waiting practically, they took me back and immediately cleaned and dressed my cut. I left with complete instructions and a day to return. The doctors are wonderful.
Very unorganized.! How do you call people back that arrived after you did.! Smh
