I presented with complete numbness in all limbs, unable to walk. They did do a cat scan of my head and bloodwork. As I was being wheeled in the dr. asked me to raise my arms, which I did, I never saw her again, no questions were asked, no history was taken no physical exam. When all came back normal, they had no desire to do more or help find out what was wrong. Just releasing me saying physical therapy might help. Help what, I don't know what's wrong. Absolutely no empathy or compassion with my situation.
The ED was super quick and responsive. My little one felt comfortable and was not scared at all. Everyone was wonderful.
I received the care I needed in a good timeframe no long waiting everything they handled it just what I expected
