Hello. I was a patient at Baptist Memorial on June 25th. I came to have a very important surgery done. From the beginning all the way through until it was time for me to be discharged, the ENTIRE staff was super nice and helpful. I had 2 different nurses, I guess because of shift changes but they all were amazing! I never felt like I was just a patient, they laughed with me, keep me informed on what all was going on and treated me with such great care and compassion. Visit was 6 am. Not one patient in the whole ER. Husband had dehydration and needed IV intervention. They saw his Kidney was injured (diabetic genetic as his mother was on dialysis) They kept saying he needed to eat before taking the potassium pills or he needs to drink which we kept telling them after he eats and drinks he has diarrhea within 30 minutes and I guess they never realized how many times this happened while we were there. even the nurse releasing us said “I bet your going to go eat right after leaving here.” I c... read more

Everyone was nice short wait but haven’t heard from the Eco yet so that had been very disappointing
