Clever little scam. They Changed my appointment to a hour after then told me I was early. (To fit in more appointments) Said it happens “all the time”. They figure we are already there we will wait. However; this is how you verify they are gaslighting you- the appointment in Mychart will be to the “new”- but I shows it was changed. Who changed it. We love all of the staff! They are amazing with both pediatric and adult patients. The facility is clean and the staff goes above and beyond for patients.
