The Germantown Location is absolutely terrible. We've been here over 6 times in the past year for the same issue and they never help. Each visit lasted over 8 hours and each time my friend was treated horribly and ignored for most of our visit. The Nurse didn't even submit our samples until six hours after they were given. Based on the horrendous wait times, lack of treatment and general unwillingness to help, I would strongly suggest taking your loved one elsewhere.
My testing was great! Everyone from registration through the tests were so nice and professional. Monique did my Ecco and was so thorough. Jonela, Renay, Lisa, Shelley, Jennifer, Chandler and Lisa all made my visit more pleasant. I’m sure I might have gotten some names incorrect or excluded someone. Baptist has been wonderful to me and Mr Hardy this past month. We love Baptist and its professionals. Thank you and God Bless all of you.
Everyone was so nice to me. They were there when I needed them. They answered the call quickly. They were attentive to me. You couldn't ask for better help.
