I wish I could give You zero stars. My mother was seen in the ER three times over two weeks. Anyone that knows her knows she owns a business, works 3 jobs, and is very active and travels. The last visit to the ER because she was in excruciating pain you made her feel like a drug seeker and was extremely rude and uncaring. Thank God my Aunt who is a retired nurse called me and said something was wrong and I needed to come get her. My mother could not walk! She was crawling on the floor! This woman pushes patients out without any explanation of labs or anything. She barely spoke to us and allowed my husband to be in an unresponsive status epilepticus state for at least an hour after we arrived at the ER with no attempt to administer a second dose of ativan or administer any iv fluids. They suspected seizure and yet did no prolactin test. 2 days later we took him to another ER who ran a myriad of tests and administered iv fluids as he was still dehydrated and still confused and sore. My dad who is a dialysis patient was sick, and brought to the ER. Once it was made clear, that he was not a priority but a problem of the dialysis doctor (whom they phoned) the care level went from 10 being good, to 2, being poor. It's understood, that he is a dialysis patient, however, he left the ER, with a blood pressure of 225/109. He came in with 199/108 BP and a excruciating headache.
