The front desk and the wound staff have been kind and supportive concerning my husband’s health since his arrival several months ago. We appreciative their willingness to answer our questions regarding the present and future healing procedures.

I found my visit at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Leake Lab to be a very nice, calm, friendly, and professionally run place with very professional personnel. The phlebotomist that drew my blood and I left my urine specimen with was so very nice and friendly, she had put me at ease so that when she drew my blood I barely even knew it. You see, I have small veins that are deep, and they roll from the needle. So I told her up front about my veins, as I do anytime that I'm having blood drawn or a drip started for a procedure. The receptionist at the from desk was helpful and informative as well as the nurse who took me in and the nurse who saw me to the scan machine and also the nurse who bright me back to my room. The only issue I had was the Doctor who seemed short and uninterested in my symptoms. She was less than helpful and when she told me she was waiting on one result after I sat for 15 minutes waiting her I asked her to remove the iv from my arm she told me no because she was waiting on one last result Eventhough she said she saw nothing.... read more
