Wait time is typically quite short but the care you receive isn't worth it. The physician who saw me put in my chart that he offered me medication and imaging and I denied them, which couldn't be further from the truth. Had they been offered, I would have absolutely accepted. When I asked for an opportunity to give feedback, they said there was no way for me to do that, so unfortunately I had to turn to Google. Since nothing was done, my condition was unchanged, so, at my doctor's direction,I had to go to another hospital th... read more

Took my 15 yo to the ER while vacationing in Arlington for the weekend with severe stomach and pelvic pain. She could hardly stand or walk. The nursing staff was great, however the Physician B Williams was the most stoic, unmoved, un personable non epathetic doctor I have met in a very long time. No bedside manner whatsoever. Came in throwing up blood and then left with a CT scan saying “evidence of appendicitis” they didn’t inform me about (I had to read the CT results myself to find out at all) and no treatment. Take that as you will

The Nurse Practitioner, Emily Logan, was the most unprofessional medical personnel I have ever dealt with in my life. Her exact words to my husband, "your CT scan shows multiple blood clots and you could stroke out at any time. I know because my Dad died of the same thing at 47." She also told me I came in with an attitude. I have filed a complaint against her with the Tennessee Board of Nursing. The Nurse, Olena and the doctor who we were turned over to were great.
