Awful place. During check-in at ER they lied to my face and confirmed that they are in-network with Cigna. After my visit I got a bill for close to $3500 and insurance or the hospital would not adjust it to reflect in-network price. Terrible hospital and service! Be aware!
That place is nothing but a band-aid station. they just put an IV in my arm and sent me by ambulance to Memphis assuring me that there would be no charge for the ride. since i had already driven myself i told them i could drive and wouldn't have a problem doing it. I stated i would leave AMA and go to memphis Myself. Later i get a 6,000.00 bill and they wont help me saying they are a 3rd party service.
All the staff was so amazing when we took our 19 month old. Dr. Rose was so kind and helpful.
