The facility was clean and the staff communicated information well; unfortunately I needed an ultrasound and this person was not available at night. I left instead of waiting until 8am when that person's shift began. The RN was very kind and as helpful as possible while I was there. I would suggest a larger emergency room, if possible, to be sure all care can be provided without having to wait and pay for an emergency transfer.
