I went to dr on 2/12/2920 in Huntington I paid my copay they applied it to union city bill. So now they keep billing me for the bill which I paid. I’ve called every month. Even called administrator. Still my bill is not fixed. They actually turned me over to arms. Still my bill is not fixed. I haven’t been able to go back because I want my bill fixed. I have been without depression medicine since April. Now they won’t refill my meds til I see them. So could somebody fix the problem so far my answer is no
