Understaffed in the ER, it was not the best experience of what we are accustomed to at your facility in the past , witnessed three patients that waited for over three hours and elected to leave without being treated . I do understand that they were overwhelmed at Time of my visit , not really sure what was going on behind closed doors, for the reason being I never made it to an actual room . It's all good. No complaints. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I just hope the scans come out good.

Took forever! Doctors are rude! And when complaining to the other person with me in the room about the wait & the care, quietly, something was brought in the room the nurse overheard the conversation & the doctor came in and threatened to kick out my friend. Unprofessional! Especially when it was written down they did a needle stick in 2 different arms when in fact it was the same arm, same exact spot, same nurse twice. Thought you couldn’t do that. Don’t recommend!
