From start to finish everyone was personable and helpful. I liked that I didn't have to filled out a long redundant litany of questions on a tablet. Just one piece of paper on a clipboard. The P.A. was very nice. She was a good listener and didn't make us feel rushed. I trusted her diagnosis and felt much relieved as we exited.
