WAS SEEN BY DR. BRAND ON MARCH 31ST. AND WAS TOLD BY RECEPTIONIST IT WOULD BE TWO WEEKS BEFORE I GET CALLED TO SCHEDULE A TARGETED PROSTATE BIOPSY. TODAY, (4.20.26) WAS THE 21ST CAL. DAY; 15TH BUS DAY AND NO CALL. I CALLED THEM AND EVENTUALLY GOT TO TALK TO THE SCHEDULER. GOT A BIG LINE OF BS ABOUT ALL THEIR SHORTAGES AND AND STAFFING SHORTFALLS. Wonderful experience with fantastic staff. Very efficient. One draw back was the male receptionist outside of urology. Very Rude and short with patients. Thought it might be a bad day but every visit so far, he remains the same. Otherwise Very happy with this hospital!
Kidney stone surgery on a Thursday. Tried to call the urology office because of severe pain with the stent. Wrong phone number on the discharge sheet. The urology office closes at noon on Fridays. There should be some contact person available longer than 4 hours the day after surgery if patients have concerns. Update to this review 2 days later: I've been waiting over 5 hours for the urologist on call to return my call regarding issues I am having. This is the same doctor who performed the surgery.
