Dr. Shah is ok, the staff doesn't show any comparison or care. Leave message after message email after email and nothing!!!! Supposedly blood work called in twice for my next appt. Show up at 6am and was told no orders from Dr. Shah in the last yr. Well they messed my whole morning up and no one there cares, Im done with these clowns!!!
Dr shah is amazing , once you get pass the rude lady at the front desk, lesa is her name I believe. She makes it very hard to come in for a simple appointment.
Dr. Shah is quite pleasant and personable when I visit him. He seems to care about my treatment. Unfortunately getting in touch with his office between visits is virtually impossible. I have made multiple phone calls and left voice messages. None of them have been returned. As it stands I am not receiving the medication I was prescribed and am suffering because of it.
My 5 starts are all because of Dr. Shah. I like the office. Staff is okay.
My daughter saw a new Rheumatologist and was just diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. It’s something that had you done your job even a little bit, should have been caught by your doctors. You must of been too busy trying to get rid of the patients that had insurance that didn’t pay enough instead of reading her labs. An appointment was scheduled for my daughter from months ago for the end of January. I called to confirm the appointment only to find out that the date and time given was apparently never booked.
