Very friendly staff and I wish the best for them. I was treated here for at least 5 years before I had no choice but to move to a to new facility. I asked to switch to a new doctor within the clinic but they said it is not allowed at the last minute. They took the request for the change, made the appointment, had me fill out lots of forms on line, then cancelled my appointment. Remember to advocate for yourself. I had been planning on moving to a new doctor for a long time anyway so this will work out fine for me.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Never go here. When are they open? I ask because clearly Google is wrong. They turn people away aggressively as if they're not civil servants. Genuinely hope this place gets an entirely new staff. Calling over the phone? Good luck. You're likely to be hung up on. The person at the desk was the worst I've ever experienced. Zero empathy. This is by far the absolute worst primary care office I have ever experienced. My husband and I both had abnormal results on tests we had. Not one physician or PA called us back about any of it. This is after numerous phone calls to them to ask about it! Do not book with any of these providers!!! You will be disappointed
