I had a wonderful experience at Baptist Medical Group–Memphis Women’s Consultants. NP Crystal Shotwell was caring, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. She made me feel comfortable and well-cared for—I highly recommend!
I like the care provided by Dr. Bell and NP Crystal. But the amazing care they provide does not outweigh the wait times and lack of professionalism by the clinic/Baptist Memorial as a whole. Each time going I have to schedule at least 4 hours off work. Also, I wasn’t notified my doctor wouldn’t be there until arriving and then waiting for an hour already. The worst part is, they are closing at the end of the year and just made this announcement. Many women, myself included have to find other GYN care elsewhere along with som... read more
I have always had great customer service when I go to the doctor. Everyone is very efficient in doing their job.

I have been a patient for over 25 years. I’m very sad that the facility is closing. Dr Blackett and his staff have been amazing! I have never had a complaint about service or billing issues or anything. Best wishes to all of them!
