Bad costumer service. I tried making an appointment here and no one answers the phone. Expect to wait on the phone for longer than an hour. When they don't want to answer the phone they will hang up on you. My doctor sent a referral here and no one here bothers to give me a call to make an appointment.

I had a new patient appt with Tobias Moreland PA-C today. I found him to be professional, a great listener, very knowledgeable, articulate, thorough and compassionate. Perhaps my most pleasurable patient visit ever for which I am truly grateful.

Primary ‍ doctor sent a referral here. After weeks waiting for an appointment, no one had tried reaching out to set an appointment. I finally called my Primary to see were the referral went to, it was here. I phoned them directly to see what was up with scheduling my appointment. I had a wonderful experience with Baptist ENT & Audiology! After my daughter's referral was approved, I was promptly contacted to schedule her appointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and our wait time was minimal—about 10 minutes—before being seen by Dr. Dickson. Dr. Dickson was incredibly patient and compassionate with both my daughter and I, making the visit comfortable and reassuring. I recently had an unfortunate experience with Baptist Medical Group- ENT & Audiology that I feel compelled to share in hopes of prompting some necessary changes. My primary care physician put in an internal referral for me on July 3, 2024. However, by July 26, 2024, I had yet to hear from the ENT office, so I decided to reach out to them myself.
