Everyone I have encountered from the volunteer to the Doctors has been kind courteous and considerate of my needs. Never felt like a chart but a person. I am writing this review to give a shout out to Dr. Grimm (ent). I am 50 years old and have never heard many sounds properly. Today I can even hear things behind. Just amazing. Thank you all for being a wonderful family unit
The EENT (Dr. Hillary White) was not helpful at all. I have gotten better answers from Nurse Practioners than from this "specialist". She did not care about my problem, and had zero people skills. Also, the hospital is filthy and disgusting. It's like a gas station. Horrible experience.
Baptist neurosurgeon office was a very big disappointment. MA was a nightmare and very condescending. Just recently started going to Rheumatologist and the office is great. Dr. McGill listens to all your questions and make sure you understand plan of treatment
Checked with my insurance company and Baptist Medical Group, both stated that Dr. Hillary White was in my network. I received 2 Bill's a month after my visit, one was in network for the visit, the other was out of network because the facility was out of network. So, the physician is in network, however, the facility was not. How is a person supposed to know this ? I have never went to a physician out of my network, and if I had known, I would have not made this appointment. Very deceptive billing in my opinion.
