I've been having pain and swelling on the left side of my face, so I went to the ER I got there about 8:20. I wanted six hours before I was called back. The doctor came in and asked me again my pain level and if I ever had this happen before, and if I have taken anything to help, I told him I usually take Tylenol or aleve but they don't work anymore. He was rude and uncaring. All he did was prescribe me what my pain management doctor used to prescribe me. Gave me nothing for the pain or swelling. He came in once and I never ... read more
Everyone was very concerned and attentive. They got to me very quickly even though they were very busy. It did not take long to know what was wrong and treatment was quick. All were very professional.
I got seen quickly and referred to UMMC. The care was outstanding and getting referred quickly helped me recover quickly. Your team was great. Thank you!
