Efficiency of staff was very good. Efficiency of Doctor was great. I was seen quickly, and the problem was addressed well. There was a problem with cleanliness. I was put in a room with used and dirty sheets. Syringe papers and bandage wrappers were lying around on the counters and floors instead of in the trash. Clearly, this matters for health purposes, but also for instilling confidence in a patient. It’s unnerving being treated in a dirty room.
