A wonderful hospital with a great staff. Caring knowledgeable staff that cares about you and their jobs. Have never had a bad experience there.
ER staff is very caring and nice. They don't make you wait forever in the waiting room or exam room. Very efficient. They remodeled the ER recently and it looks great. Best ER I've seen in the Jax area in the last 19 years. I have 4 kids and lived all over the Jax metro area. I've seen almost all the ERs here.

After a 4 day stay at Baptist Beaches I was given a survey on the care I received. The FIRST question on their Survey was what EDUCATIONAL LEVEL I had achieved. What the hell does that have to do with the care I received? I was outraged! If I had a GED or a PhD would my responses have been viewed different? What Jackass thought of this question?? Really people?
