I.have called.three or four times to request an itemized bill and summary of admission and discharge .it has been seven months since I was seen in emergency room. I have sent.the request in by mail twice. I am entitled by law to review these records. I have spoken to the ladies in bulling three times and I still have not received the information. I have paid them .But,they refuse to send me the information i.will file a complaint against them. I believe this is a violation of my rights and Medicare law..
Waited over an hour and half just for blood labs. Could not belive how long it took. Unless you have unlimited time and don't care how you're treated, do not go here.
I’m finding a new doctor will never go to Baptist health again,I have good insurance every time I pay a bill they send me another the following month for a different amount and this repetitive.Their billing department sucks!!!!!!!!
Back in ER with my mom, who has Afib. Everybody has been super nice. Still waiting for a room, but she already has seen triage nurse, had an EKG and X-rays done and has had blood drawn. It's busy right now, at 10 am on a Tuesday, and they are moving patients through as quickly as possible.
