After talking on the phone with Humana and with scheduling an appointment for my mother, they turned her away at the office! I told them we would pay out of pocket because my mother is very sick and needed to be seen . They refused to see her!! I have never heard of being turned away when we were willing to pay out of pocket until we can find a new doctor this was ridiculous!!!
